Soi 7 in Pattaya is one of the city’s best beer bar streets, and it has a good amount of hotels to choose from.
Generally speaking, most of the hotels on Soi 7 tend to be in the low to medium budget hotel category. Among them is Eastiny Seven Hotel. It ranks right up there in terms of value, and it deserves a review.
The Eastiny Seven Hotel is not a luxury hotel. It is a simple place, kept clean, and is girl friendly. That is a great advantage since around this hotel are lots of beer bars, with plenty of hostesses to bar fine and spend time with.
Rooms
The rooms in this hotel are dated, but they come with a large bed, and are kept clean. The bathroom is also quite basic. And although it is not fancy, it does have a bath tub shower.
The Eastiny Seven has rooms that have Beautiful Ocean views. That feature is one of the main reasons to stay here because for the low prices you pay it can really be worth it. Oh, the rooms also have balconies which is also a great bonus at this price range.
Staff
The staff at the Eastiny Seven is not the best that we have experienced in Pattaya. Although they do their best to respond to your questions and concerns, we found that they do not always greet you when you enter or exit the building.
Facilities
We found the outdoor swimming pool to be another useful feature of the Eastiny Seven Hotel. The size of the pool is decent, but there seemed to be just a few sun loungers available. The pool is situated at the mid levels, and you can see the street sights and sounds below.
Final Thoughts
The Eastiny Seven Hotel is a hotel that can give you decent value if staying on Soi 7. It is guest friendly, is relatively clean, and it won’t break the bank. The price point here is hard to beat for these features, especially with regard to the Sea view rooms. What we didn’t like is that loud noises coming from the bars and clubs nearby. If you plan to stay here, you might want to bring some earplugs if you plan to sleep before 2 AM.
