Excellent cleanliness. An really helpful and kind personnel. The pool was spotless. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the property. The issue was the some guests, who ignored signs prohibiting them from being loud and repeatedly slammed doors. Just something more to think about . Please be kind to your hotel staff if they are as excellent as this hotel.
“An excellent lodging option”
A lovely hotel. In my experience, everyone I spoke with on staff was kind, helpful, and pleasant. Everything at this guest friendly hotel was satisfactory. Hot water was plenty in the showers. The music from the nearby clubs didn’t bother me at all. It’s a place I’d consider staying at again. A couple things really irritated me. Unfortunately, the hotel told us that there were extras such as toothbrushes were available. Simply go out and get one. The convenience shop was a few ways away, and the local 7-Eleven had closed. I had a view of the neighbor’s balcony from my room. It was frustrating that I couldn’t pull all the drapes.

Very helpful, kind, and productive personnel. They all made this a wonderful visit to Pattaya for me and my friends. A big and many Many thanks to everyone. But one thing that comes to me that could be changed for the better is that the breakfast items could be served cold. However, it is delicious enough. However, all of the service employees, from the receptionists to the gentleman on the late shift was super nice and friendly.
